Pick your device below and follow the steps. It only takes a couple of minutes.
- Tap Android App (.apk) above. The file is saved to your device's Downloads folder.
- Open it: pull down the notification shade and tap the download, or open Files / My Files → Downloads and tap the Paycloud file.
- If asked, allow installs from this source: Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps → choose your browser (or Files) → turn on Allow from this source.
- If Google Play Protect warns you, tap More details → Install anyway. This is expected for apps installed outside the Play Store.
- Tap Install, then Open, and sign in with your Paycloud business account.
Card "tap to pay" needs an NFC-capable Android phone (Android 8.0 or newer). M-Pesa payments work on any supported device.
